Provide all required passenger/customer services to include reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal gate check-in, jet way operations, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, providing special passenger assistance, handling complaints and other duties as assigned
Must be a new applicant that has not previously applied with Swissport in the past year
Must be able to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ticketing software
Good command of English language, verbal and written
Passionate about customer service and have relevant work experience
Willingness to work in inclement weather
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Bi-lingual is a plus in following languages: English/Chinese, English/French, English/Portuguese, English/Japanese, and English/Korean
