Working with Communities to Build Aviation Career Pathways
Airport University provides career exploration, education and career-connected learning for career advancement. Through partnerships with Highline and South Seattle Colleges, we offer free, in-person college classes at SEA Airport. Our classes help SEA Airport employees and community members build skills in computers, customer service, communications and math. Our career exploration and pathways programs are a launch pad to careers in aviation maintenance technology, air cargo/logistics, pilot training and homeland security.
We offer credit-bearing courses onsite at the airport with class topics and times that fit airport worker and employer needs. We don’t just help students launch their career, we give them the tools and support to grow in their careers as well.

Airport University Classroom Directions
From the Parking Garage
- Park near the purple elevators. Take the purple parking garage elevator to Floor 4.
- Cross Skybridge 2 into the airport and immediately turn left before the escalator.
- Go through the door that is near the elevator
- The Airport University classroom is the second door on the left. Room 4609.
From inside the airport
- On ticketing level find the escalator that goes down to Skybridge 2 (between doors 11 and 13 on ticketing)
- Turn right at the bottom of the escalator
- Go through the door that is near the elevator
- The Airport University classroom is the second door on the left. Room 4609.
Note: Parking will be validated during your job search, hiring event or class. Enter the airport garage through “General Parking” lanes. Bring your parking ticket with you.
