Position: Passenger Service Agents:
- $21.50/hr – Permanent Part-time
- Provide all required passenger/customer services to include reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal gate check-in, jet way operations, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, providing special passenger assistance, handling complaints and other duties as assigned
- Must be a new applicant that has not previously applied with Swissport in the past year
- Must be able to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ticketing software
- Good command of English language, verbal and written
- Passionate about customer service and have relevant work experience
- Willingness to work in inclement weather
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Bi-lingual is a plus in following languages: English/Chinese, English/French, English/Portuguese, English/Japanese, and English/Korean
