A partnership spotlight featuring Port Jobs Childcare Resource Navigator for Airport Workers at SEA Airport and Nimo Early Learning
Port Jobs Childcare Resource Navigator Program, based at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), is excited to spread the word about a new preschool program for low-income families! Located in Tukwila, the Nimo Early Learning and their partner, Voices of Tomorrow Center for Learning and Healing, provide early learning, mental health, and comprehensive support services for families.
Grand Opening Celebration
In May, community members gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Nimo’s Center for Learning & Healing with Nimo’s founder and owner, Falis Ali. Port Jobs Childcare Navigator Renee Hill joined the celebration, toured the facility, and connected with partners committed to supporting immigrant and refugee families.
Building Pathways for Families
The center and Port Jobs are working together to expand access to early learning, behavioral health, employment services, and family support. This collaboration helps connect SEA workers and local families with resources tailored to their needs, cultural values, and aspirations.
A Shared Commitment
Both organizations are dedicated to creating warm, welcoming environments where families can access trusted guidance and support. Through personalized assistance and culturally responsive services, they help community members navigate childcare, employment, and educational opportunities.
