Port Jobs helps new SEA employees already offered a job prepare for and take the SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) and sterile badge training/tests that are required to be hired for many SEA Airport jobs. These computer-based, English-only trainings can be a barrier for those who speak English as an additional language. Port Jobs classes help employees understand airport security rules using a language access approach.
