Port Jobs is the lead organization in Generation Work, a national initiative of the Annie E. Casey Foundation that explores strategies that help young adults ages 18 to 29 access living wage jobs and succeed in the workplace. The Seattle partnership supports young adults in pursuing higher education and job pathways in aviation, manufacturing and apprenticeship. Port Jobs has released a series of reports sharing recommendations from young adults about how employers and workforce organizations can help them advance their careers.
